Reiki Healing
Reiki healing is a holistic therapy that involves channelling energy through the hands to promote healing and balance in the body, mind and spirit aiming to restore the natural flow of energy, often resulting in deep relaxation, reduced stress and enhanced overall well-being. It's non-invasive and can be done with hands placed lightly on or just above the body.
Mindset Work
Mindset work can be tricky, your basically trying to unlearn everything you have picked up all your life, but once you learn about yourself, take a minute to be aware of how things unfold in your brain and then how you react to certain things, then things tend to get a bit easier because once your aware you can't really unsee it. Then each time you will become more and more aware and eventually you start to change how you think, feel and react. Then that's when true healing and growth happens.
